- 1 packet 2¼ tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm plant-based milk about 110°F/43°C
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup dairy-free butter melted
Cinnamon Sugar Filling:
- ½ cup dairy-free butter softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
Honey Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2-3 tbsp plant-based milk

Prepare the Dough:
- In a small bowl, combine the warm plant-based milk, granulated sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture, honey, and melted dairy-free butter to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar Filling:
- In a bowl, mix the softened dairy-free butter, light brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until combined.
Assemble the Cake:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
